1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodeZen's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

CodeZen provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Mobile application development
• Custom website development
• SaaS software and cloud services
• AI chatbots and agents
• Third-party integration services

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and specifications
• Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Providing necessary access to systems and resources

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to custom software developed specifically for them. CodeZen retains rights to general methodologies, know-how, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects require a deposit before work begins
• Payments are due according to agreed milestones
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Limitation of Liability

CodeZen's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
